—Judge Lyons presiding.—Yesterday John J. Phelps, indicted for stealing a horse of Thomas R. Moore, of Petersburg, was arraigned for trial and plead not guilty. The jury, after hearing the evidence, brought in a verdict of not guilty, and the prisoner was discharged.
