—John Jaiser and Charles Welsh were arraigned yesterday before Recorder Caskie, each charged with assaulting the other. The evidence proving plainly Jaiser's guilt, he was bound over to keep the peace for twelve months in the sum of $500. A former recognizance of Jaiser's, in the sum of $300, entered into some time since, was also declared forfeited.
