From the Mon., Feb. 23, 1863 issue

—As administrator of John Ford dec'd, I shall proceed to sell, upon the premises, on MONDAY, 2d day of March, 1863, commencing at 11 o'clock A. M., the tract of LAND on which the said John Ford resided, on the Deep-Run Turnpike, in Henrico county, seven miles west of the city of Richmond, and adjoining the lands of Messrs E. J. A. Smith, John W. Alley, and James Shephard. It contains 86 acres of land, well improved. The improvements consist of a comfortable Dwelling, with several rooms; Barn, Stable, and other necessary out-houses, together with an excellent orchard of the choicest Fruit Trees.

Terms.—One-third cash; the balance at 6 and 12 months, for negotiable notes, with interest added, and secured by a trust deed.
