—I am authorized by the Governor to receive SUBSTITUTES in my company of Light Artillery, and to muster them in as they come. Those, therefore, who desire to procure substitutes, or who wish to become substitutes, should call at once at my headquarters, Johnson & Guigon's office, under the Whig Building.
