A special dispatch from Rolla, under date of Nov. 28th, and published in the St. Louis Republican, of the 29th, says that Gen. McCulloch regards the retrograde movement of the Federal army as an attempt to get in his rear. Gen. McCulloch is encamped at Springfield with a force of 4,000. Gen. Raines left Sarcoxie on the 25th Nov., to join McCulloch, with a force of 7,000. Gen. Price left Pineville on the 25th Nov.
