—As trustee in a certain deed of trust, executed by B. W. Green, (for the purchase money,) dated 23d of March, 1860, duly recorded in Henrico County Court, I shall proceed to sell at public auction, on the premises, on MONDAY, the 8th of April, 1861, at 4½ o'clock P. M., (if fair; if not, the first fair day thereafter,) the real estate conveyed by the said deed, consisting of a lot located as above, fronting 30 feet on the North side of Cary street, running back 150 feet to an alley. Having thereon an excellent BRICK and FRAMED TENEMENT, and other appurtenances, now in the occupancy of Mr. Hiram Carnell.

The deed requires a CASH sale, but by consent of parties, the terms will be one-third cash, balance at 4 and 8 months, for negotiable notes, interest added, secured by a trust deed, or title retained. The taxes for 1861 to be paid by the purchaser.
